Cette avanc\u00e9e pourrait permettre aux cliniciens de rep\u00e9rer les marqueurs g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques de la maladie au point d&rsquo;intervention, car cette approche ne n\u00e9cessite pas d&rsquo;analyses de laboratoire conventionnelles, qui prennent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement du temps et sont co\u00fbteuses.  En fait, cette approche a permis de multiplier par 100 la sensibilit\u00e9 de la d\u00e9tection de l\u2019ADN, sans augmentation correspondante du co\u00fbt.  La technologie repose sur la tendance des oligom\u00e8res d&rsquo;ADN \u00e0 \u00ab danser \u00bb lorsqu&rsquo;ils sont expos\u00e9s \u00e0 un courant \u00e9lectrique alternatif, ce qui permet aux chercheurs d&rsquo;identifier l&rsquo;ADN cible en analysant sa fr\u00e9quence d&rsquo;oscillation.  Heureusement, la m\u00e9thode fonctionne avec de tr\u00e8s petites quantit\u00e9s d\u2019ADN cible et pr\u00e9sente donc une tr\u00e8s grande sensibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9tection de l&rsquo;ADN est \u00e0 la base de nombreux textes de diagnostic.  Les approches conventionnelles ne peuvent pas d\u00e9tecter d\u2019infimes quantit\u00e9s d\u2019ADN et n\u00e9cessitent souvent que l\u2019ADN cible dans un \u00e9chantillon soit amplifi\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re significative avant la d\u00e9tection.  Cela ajoute de nombreuses \u00e9tapes suppl\u00e9mentaires, des r\u00e9actifs suppl\u00e9mentaires co\u00fbteux et des \u00e9quipements co\u00fbteux, et prend beaucoup de temps.  Plusieurs substances pr\u00e9sentes dans les \u00e9chantillons biologiques peuvent \u00e9galement interf\u00e9rer avec ce processus et rendre plus difficile l\u2019obtention de r\u00e9sultats fiables.  Les techniques qui permettent de d\u00e9tecter avec succ\u00e8s de petites quantit\u00e9s d\u2019ADN, sans interf\u00e9rence d\u2019autres facteurs, pourraient changer la donne dans le domaine des diagnostics sur le lieu d\u2019intervention.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La d\u00e9tection de l&rsquo;ADN est au centre de la bio-ing\u00e9nierie\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Jinglei Ping, chercheur impliqu\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tude.  \u00ab Tout le monde veut d\u00e9tecter l\u2019ADN \u00e0 faible concentration avec une sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e.  Et nous venons de d\u00e9velopper cette m\u00e9thode pour am\u00e9liorer la sensibilit\u00e9 d\u2019environ 100 fois sans frais. \u00bb<!-- ASYNC UAT M - 300x250(t,r) - --><\/p>\n<p><!-- END ASYNC UAT M - 300x250(t,r) --><\/p>\n<p>La cl\u00e9 de cette nouvelle approche r\u00e9side dans la fr\u00e9quence d\u2019oscillation de l\u2019ADN cible lorsqu\u2019il est expos\u00e9 \u00e0 un champ \u00e9lectrique alternatif \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du dispositif.  \u00ab\u00a0Nous laissons l&rsquo;ADN danser\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Ping.  \u00ab\u00a0Lorsque les brins d&rsquo;ADN dansent, ils ont une fr\u00e9quence d&rsquo;oscillation sp\u00e9cifique.\u00a0\u00bb  Cette fr\u00e9quence d\u2019oscillation repr\u00e9sente une marque qui permet aux chercheurs d\u2019identifier tr\u00e8s rapidement les brins d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat.  L\u2019approche ne prend que quelques minutes et \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que l\u2019appareil est relativement petit et portable, l\u2019analyse sur le lieu d\u2019intervention est un attribut cl\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Cela le rend adapt\u00e9 aux points de service\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Ping.  \u00ab\u00a0Habituellement, nous fournissons des \u00e9chantillons \u00e0 un laboratoire et celui-ci peut fournir les r\u00e9sultats rapidement ou lentement, selon la vitesse \u00e0 laquelle ils vont, et cela peut prendre 24 heures ou plus.  Il peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 l\u00e0 o\u00f9 les ressources sont limit\u00e9es.
